Complete and submit our online application form. Tell us about your child — their age, current Quranic level, and any relevant background. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Our team reviews each application carefully. Shortlisted families are invited to a brief informal meeting — not an exam, but a conversation to ensure KL Kuttāb is the right fit for your child and family.
Successful applicants receive a formal offer letter. A deposit is required to confirm the place. Full fees are due before the start of each term.
Priority consideration is given to: siblings of current students, children of KL Kuttāb volunteers or staff, and applicants with demonstrated Quranic foundation (Iqra Level 4 or above, or equivalent). We welcome all applicants regardless of prior Islamic education, subject to place availability.

KL Kuttāb operates as a not-for-profit school. Our fees are structured to cover the cost of qualified teachers, materials, and facilities.
Fees are charged on a per-term basis. Monthly payment plans are available for families who request them — please mention this at the time of application.
Payment Options
For exact fee amounts, contact us at kl.kuttab@gmail.com. Limited tuition assistance is available for families in need.
If a student needs to withdraw after the term has begun, please notify us in writing at least two weeks before the intended withdrawal date. Fees already paid are non-refundable once the term has started, except in cases of documented medical necessity. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to handle all withdrawals with fairness and compassion.
New families can apply directly online. Returning families should contact Muhammad Rafaie via WhatsApp to adjust their invoice.
